30-Day Bit Trial

Horse Bit Emporium is now offering 30 Day Trial on Horse Bits.

 

Applies to all ranges except Nathe (rubber/plastic style bits are not as resistant to wear and tear). Trial bits are bits from our bit library and may have been used previously and therefore not always brand new bits are despatched for trial.

 

How do I trial a bit?

  1. You will be sent a '30 Day Bit Trial' invoice for RRP Bit Price, plus $11 postage. 
  2. The trial bit will be express posted to you. You will be notified of a Tracking Number. The 30 Day Trial commences from dispatch of the bit.

 

How much does it cost?

At the end of the 30-Day Trial, if you do not wish to keep the bit, return it within the 30 days for a refund of 75% of the purchase price, with 25% retained as the rental fee. Minimum rental fee $40.

Refund Example - For a $120 bit you receive $80 refunded, with $40 charged as a rental fee.  You can exchange the bit for something else.  (Minimum charge on any returned bit is $40)

Conditions

The bit is the property of Horse Bit Emporium for the 30 day trial period, and continuing to be the property of Horse Bit Emporium until the end of the 30 Day Trial period. If the bit is not returned to Horse Bit Emporium before the end of the 30 Day Trial Period, then the customer will forfeit the eligible refund, the bit shall then become the property of the customer.

Please take care of the bit, as it is the customers responsibility to make sure that the bit is kept in good condition throughout the trial period and thereafter until the final value is paid, the customer is also responsible that the bit is kept safe from theft and loss, as if you cannot return the bit within the trial period then you will forfeit any refund.

It is recommended that the bits are returned via a recordable postal facility as Horse Bit Emporium cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in the post when being returned

End of 30 Day Trial Period date will be included in dispatch email and customer will also be notified in email.
