Fager Gustav Sweet Iron Fixed Ring

Our notes: Fager Gustav Fixed Ring or Eggbutt is finally here! If you loved the Gustav Baby Fulmer, Fager now have released your favourite dressage legal bit in Fixed and Loose Ring. 

We love this bit for horses who may pull against the contact, yet be mouth sensitive in either tongue or bars. This bit can be turned one way or upside down for jaw relief. Great for the professional rider through to the ponies.

FAGER NOTES: Gustav can be used in two ways. With tongue relief, or with bar relief.

With tongue relief - If you would describe your horse as something with the following;

• Can be on/off in the connection.
• Pulls away or up when you take the reins.
• Try to put the tongue over the bit.
• Fussy mouth

With bar relief- Turn the bit upside down.

If you would describe your horse as something with the following;

• Can be on/off in the connection.
• Stiff to ride.
• Bites on the bit, try to suck it back.
• Do not seek the contact towards the bit.
• Drops the bit/Fall behind the hand.

100% super smooth surface even around the joints. The joints will never interfere or push against the palate. A very comfortable bit that

shapes naturally around the tongue and reveals the bars from constant pressure. This design is ideal for sensitive horses that easily get wounds.
