Add-On Option: 30-Day Bit Rental

Want peace of mind before committing to a bit? Select this optional add-on to trial your chosen bit for up to 30 days. You must agree to the full terms and conditions at checkout by selecting the checkbox provided.

What is the 30-Day Rental?

The 30-Day Rental allows you to purchase a bit, try it, and—if it doesn’t suit your horse—return it for a partial refund. Please note: This is not a free service.

How Does It Work?

• If you return the bit within 30 days, you’ll receive  purchase price less $50 refunded.

Example: For a $120 bit, you’ll receive a $70 refund, with $50 kept as the rental fee.

Terms & Conditions

• If the bit is not returned within 30 days, no refund will be issued, and the bit becomes yours in full.
• Customers are responsible for keeping the bit in good condition. Any damage, loss, or theft during the trial timeframe will result in forfeiture of the refund.
• We recommend using a trackable postal service when returning bits, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.
• Not available with AfterPay or Sale Items
• The exact return deadline will be stated in the paperwork included with your order.
• Under no circumstances are there any backdating of the Bit Rental.

Orders with AfterPay, discounts or free gifts

Synthetic bits are automatically excluded. If you add one to the rental, the request will be declined.

How to Start Your Rental

1. Add this 30-Day Rental Product Option to your shopping cart.

2. Complete checkout and accept the Terms & Conditions when prompted.

3. The trial begins on the date of the parcel is scanned as delivered, and you’ll receive tracking details for your parcel.
